A goodbye party was held Wednesday in the Pierce County Courthouse for Pam Bellrichard, Victim/ Witness Coordinator. Bellrichard is leaving Pierce County after nearly 11 years for the same position in St. Croix County. She will succeed the retiring Ann Gustafson, who at one time was also Pierce County's Victim/Witness Coordinator.
