TOWN OF OAK GROVE: 4/21/14 Town Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Oak Grove meets the third Monday of every month. The next meeting will be Monday, April 21, 2014 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, located at N4939 1100th Street. Agenda:
1. Call meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.; 2. Roll call of Board Members present;
3. Approve minutes of
previous meeting(s);
4. Public Comments: The Town Board will receive public comments on any issue(s) not related to agenda items. Limited discussion by the Town Board may take place, however no action will be taken on any items. This includes receiving written requests or documentation for discussion and possible action at a future
Town Board Meeting;
5. Discuss and take action on the Treasurer’s Report;
6. Discuss and take action on the Building Inspector’s Report and the Town’s Construction Damage Bonds; 7. Discuss and take action on the payment of bills;
8. Discuss and take action on the prerequisite for dog
licenses and a private kennel license for W12798 State Road 35 Prescott, WI 54021; 9. Discuss and take action on a Certified Survey Map
requesting a 2nd driveway to be added to the Dale
McCullough property, located at N5536 1245th Street, Prescott, WI 54021;
10. Discuss and take action on the Lorin & Elaine Huber Family Trust - Certified Survey Map for the property located at Part of the Fractional Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 6, Township 26 North, Range 19 West and Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 1, Township 26 North, Range 20 West, Town of Oak Grove, Pierce County, Wisconsin. (Access off of 620th Avenue that runs along the West boundary of the farm);
11. Discuss and take action on the property located at W11782 485th Ave, regarding an impact fee charge and a construction damage bond requested; 12. Discuss and take action on bids received to farm approximately 5 acres on the Town Hall Facility site; 13. Discuss and take action on the Appointments to the Town of Oak Grove’s Planning Commission, beginning May 1, 2014 to conclude April 30, 2017; 14. Discuss and take action on the current Town Hall / Site, to include but not limited to phone and internet service, the parking lot, landscaping, a Town Park and snow removal, mowing, etc.; 15. Discuss and take action on the Wisconsin Industrial Sand Company\'s Conditional Use Permit
application for a nonmetallic mining operation;
16. Adjournment.
