1. Call to order - 10 minute discussion limit on all agenda and non-agenda items per Roberts Rules of Order, the Village Board may suspend this rule if deemed necessary, no board action may be taken on non-agenda items;
2. Approve minutes – 6/2/14 & 7/1/14; 3. Approve bills;
4. Public comment on non-agenda items; 5. Transfer 2% Fire Dues to Ells. Fire Assoc.;
6. Committee/Commission reports/ recommendations:
A. Plan Commission - 6/16/14: Laurence W. Murphy, 760 W. Crosstown Rd, approve zoning change from Residential (R-2) to Agricultural (A); Adopt Ordinance #640; Gaylen P. & Susan C. Langer, 750th St., Town of Trimbelle, approve CSM which falls into the extraterritorial Subdivision and Platting Boundary of the Village of Ellsworth; B. ETZ;
C. Board of Appeals - 6/18/14 (Information only): Justin Faber, 139 W. Cope St., granted a size variance for a new unattached garage to replace an existing unattached garage; D. Water and Sewer - 6/16/14: Met with Ray Huppert to discuss Ray Huppert Utility; E. Street & Sidewalk; F. Salary and Labor -6/4/14 & 7/14/14: Approve full-time police officer hire; Approve hiring of part-time officers; G. Library Board; H. Parks, Recreation, & Development; I. Finance, Purchasing, Buildings - 6/16/14: Ehlers; 2006A Bond refunding for TID 7; Tablets and service plans for board members and department heads; New squad car quotes, approve squad car purchase; J. Public Safety; K. Health, License, Welfare - 7/14/14: Approve Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service Temporary Class "B” Retailer\'s License for Second Annual Pig Roast Fundraiser 9/13/14; L. Solid Waste, Cable TV, Special Committee;

7. Department Head Reports
Department activity/ update: A. Chief of Police: Approve sale of 1999 Mercury Sable Fleet Vehicle; B. Director of Public Works/ Zoning Administrator; C. Clerk-Treas.;
8. The Board intends to go into closed session under Section 19.85 (1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, the Board will go back into open session and take action on the closed session items, if required: TID 8, Countryside Cooperative;
9. Adjournment.
