Notice is further hereby given that a majority of the Plan
Commission may be present at the foregoing Town Board meeting for purposes of gathering information over which the Plan Commission has decision making responsibility. This may constitute a meeting of the Plan Commission pursuant to State ex Rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 174 WIs.2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408 (1993), although the Plan Commission will not take any formal action at this meeting.
