A parcel of land in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 16 West described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Taylor's Addition to the Village of Maiden Rock; thence North to the Northwest corner of said forty; thence East 100 feet; thence South to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence Westerly along the North Line of said Lot 1 to the place of beginning. With right of way through the adjoining property as described in Volume 229, page 528.

Terms: 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds payable to the clerk of court. The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the courts confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment if forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold "as is" and is subject to all liens and encumbrances. The successful bidder shall pay the transfer fee due.
