On Feb. 6, Hillcrest Elementary School celebrated their 100th day of school. Many teachers decorated their classrooms in a variety of creative ways to celebrate being 100 days smarter.

Students in Mrs. Frion and student teacher Miss Sather's second grade classroom enjoyed a 100th day treat of a cookie and two mini-donuts, forming the number 100. Each student also brought in 100 food items and created a riddle for classmates to guess what treat they brought to share with their peers.

The day was filled with 100-themed math problems and creative writing ideas such as, "If I had $100, I would buy..."

The 100th day of school is a fun day for students to enjoy their accomplishments for the year.
