Author to hold book signing on F. Scott Fitzgerald Sunday
One of America’s greatest writers and St. Paul native F. Scott Fitzgerald loved history, particularly the American Civil War. In addition to visiting battlefields and collecting books on the subject, Fitzgerald immersed himself in family stories related to the War between the States. Come hear Civil War author and Fitzgerald biographer Dave Page talk about Fitzgerald’s connections to the Civil War and how he used those connections in his fiction. Dave’s books on the Civil War and Fitzgerald will be available for purchase, and he will also be signing copies of his books.
The book signing and presentation will be 2-3 p.m, Sunday, June 15 at the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center, 200 Monroe Street in Prescott.
The program is free, with donations accepted to support the high quality programs of the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center at Freedom Park. For questions on this program, please call 715-262-0104.
