Email

ELK RIVER, Minn. - The family of a Minnesota toddler whose body was found in the Elk River over the weekend, after a tragic camping trip, gathered yesterday to release balloons into the sky to say "Happy Birthday".

Monday would have been Daisy Jo Holland's second birthday. She went missing on Friday night at a campground, and after extensive searches that involved hundreds of volunteers. Her body was found Sunday in the Elk River.
