Body of Roberts teen found in Mississippi River IDed
ST. PAUL - Officials have identified the body of a woman found in the Mississippi River near Fort Snelling Wednesday. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner confirms the remains are those of 16-year-old Erika Borgstrom of Roberts, Wisconsin.
Police say Borgstrom had jumped into the river from the Stone Arch Bridge with her boyfriend, 18-year-old Dakotah Coach, on May 14th. Coach's body was found May 21st.
Police in Saint Paul Minnesota say they're still investigating the deaths of two Wisconsin teens who jumped from a bridge 17 days ago. They had been missing since May 14th, when authorities said she and her 18-year-old boyfriend Dakotah Coach fell off the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis. Coach's body was recovered 10 days ago. Both were students in the Saint Croix Central School District.
