An EBT machine will be on site to accommodate them. Not only will these patrons be able to purchase wooden tokens to use for their purchases with the card, but, thanks to an Allina Medical grant to Pierce County, double tokens will be issued to each customer up to 10 free tokens for each one purchased with the Quest Card until grant funds are exhausted.

Also accepted by Borner Farmers’ Market are WIC (Women, Infants and Children) coupons as well as Senior Coupon Books issued by Pierce County. Use of the coupons is limited to fresh vegetables and fruits.

Borner Farm Project, owned and operated by Diane Webster, offers a large variety of fresh organic vegetables as well as canned pickles, pickled beets and fresh-baked pies, breads and granola. Honey and maple syrup are also offered at the market.
