Email

Alfredo Figaro won his first game since September of 2009, as the Milwaukee Brewers crushed the Marlins in Miami 10-1 last night. Figaro, who was brought in as a long reliever, pitched seven scoreless innings. He gave up three hits with no walks. And he struck out four, as he retired 17 straight Marlins at one point. Figaro was making his third start of the year, getting his first win since starting with Detroit four years ago.
