Bucks going for their seventh straight win against the Clippers
The Milwaukee Bucks will try to win their seventh straight game tonight when they play the Clippers in Los Angeles.
The Bucks now have a two-and-a-half game lead over both Charlotte and Miami for the fifth playoff spot in the NBA's Eastern Conference. And they're four-and-a-half games ahead of the final team in the playoff picture with 17 regular season contests left. The Bucks are a season-high seven games above .500 at 36-29.
They'll play a Clippers team that's reeling in the wake of Mike Dunleavy's departure. The former Bucks' coach left the bench in February and was fired as the general manager on March 8th. The interim coach is former Wisconsin player Kim Hughes, but the change has not seemed to help. The Clippers have lost eight straight, and they're at 25-43. They're coming off an eight-point loss to New Orleans on Monday night. The Bucks have not played since Sunday, when they beat Indiana by four at home.
