Speakers include Sage Lewis, host of The Pet Playground AM 950 and Barbara O'Brien, noted lifestyle photographer.

A silent auction of pet-related items will help raise money for the adoption cause and vendors will offer food for humans and pets, pet supplies, services and other wares.

Activities conclude at 7 p.m. at the Widespot Performing Arts Center with a performance by Dreamland Faces providing live accompaniment to two classic silent films, A Dog's Life, starring Charlie Chaplin, and Teddy at the Throttle, starring Gloria Swanson.
