The quarter three Family and Consumer Science, Food Service class taught by Mrs. Sara Asher at Ellsworth High School made and sold over 2,500 Valentine sugar cookies, raising $380 for charity! The donation went to the Pierce County Food Pantry, where the students were able to hand deliver the check, tour the pantry and learn about the Hunger Prevention Council of Pierce County.
