County woman found guilty of battery of peace officer, OWI

A county woman was found guilty Thursday by jury in Pierce County Circuit Court of battery of a peace officer, obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed weapon, operating while intoxicated and operating with a prohibited alcohol content. The battery is the lone felony charge.


Tally Rowan, 33, formerly of Prescott, who now lives in Spring Valley, was found guilty of those charges as the jury deliberated for about an hour.
