Dale P. Rapp, 48 is the driver. He was not seriously injured.

Rapp's son, Zeke Orme, was listed by the Pierce County Sheriff Department as a "minor child."

Rapp apparently was eastbound on Hwy. 29/35 when he veered off a curve in the road and onto the gravel shoulder where he lost control.

He managed to bring the truck back onto the highway before crossing into the westbound lane of traffic and ending up rolling over in the north ditch of the highway.

Rapp's son was thrown during this time. The boy was taken by River Falls Ambulance directly from the scene to Regions Hospital in St. Paul.

River Falls firefighters assisted the sheriff's deputies with the crash which remains under investigation.
