Ellsworth in position to win Bi-State

LA CROSSE - The Ellsworth High School Wrestling team is in position to successfully defend its Bi-State Classic title after the first round's action Thursday at the La Cross Center.


The Panthers have 10 wrestlers still alive in the tournament field. Three of them will be wrestling in the semifinals Friday morning. Action begins at 9:30 a.m. and goes all day with the finals at 6 p.m.
