The Estates of Diamond Bluff: One of a kind

DIAMOND BLUFF - The Estates of Diamond Bluff isn't a normal housing development.

First, is its size. The Estates is over 1,000 acres spread out between the Towns of Oak Grove and Diamond Bluff. As a result, the average acre size is three with the biggest being 13.

Second, while most developments will have houses that will look the same in structure and design, not here.

"We'll have a lot more diversity, different looks in these homes," said co-owner Dan Reiland. "It's encouraged."

That falls in line with the third point as Reiland explained. They sell lots to build, meaning it's the homeowner's choice on which construction crew could be brought in.
