Family offering reward in Hastings murder case
HASTINGS -- The family of a Hastings man murdered last month is offering a five-thousand-dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
Thirty-four-year-old Jason Reuter was shot to death June 22nd in his front yard. Mike Reuter is coping with the loss of his son and wonders how the family could have handled it, if it hadn't been for support of the community.
Hastings police do not believe Reuter's murder was a random act and are seeking additional information from the public. Crime Stoppers of Minnesota is also offering a thousand-dollar reward.
