For several years, the Faldes of Martell have invited Masons and their families to their cabin on White Ash Lake north of Amery to enjoy a fine dinner and some leisurely fishing.

The event this year was held on June 6 and was well attended. Winners of the fishing contest lined up with their prizes. In the youngsters division, left to right, Carolyn Decheine won for catching the first fish, Nick Decheine won for the largest fish and Jack Decheine won for most fish. The Decheine children are the sons and daughter of Jason and Laura Decheine of River Falls. Winners in the adult division were, left to right, Dan Fischer, Joyce Swan and Vi Wilhelm, all of Ellsworth.
