PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Replevin entered on the 8th day of December, 2008, in the face amount of Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Forty-Two Cents ($57,356.42), the Sheriff or her assignee will sell the premises described below at public auction as follows:

DATE AND TIME: June 16, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

TERMS: Ten percent ( 10%} of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Courts Office at the time of the sale in cash, cashier's check, money order, or certified funds, payable to the Clerk of Court's Office.
