Plaintiff,

vs. Shawn M. Quilling and Jennifer L. Quilling f/k/a Jennifer L. Harshman, husband and wife; Village of Spring Valley; Carri Dumond,

Defendants.

By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on June 15, 2009, I will sell at public auction in the Main Entrance of the Pierce County Courthouse, located at 414 W. Main Street, P.O. Box 129, Ellsworth, WI 54011, on September 22, 2009 at 9:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:

Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and the East One-half (E 1/2) of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), all in Block "B", Ekblom and Allyn's Addition, Village of Spring Valley, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

Also, an unplatted piece of land located in the East One-half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Six (6), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Fifteen (15) West, Village of Spring Valley, Pierce County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 feet due east of the Northeast corner of Lot One (1), Block "B", Ekblom and Allyn's Addition, Village of Spring Valley; thence due West on the North line of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block "B", said addition, a distance of 116 feet; thence North on the East line of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block "B", said addition, a distance of 100 feet; thence East on a line parallel with the North line of Lot Six (6), Block "B", said addition to the right-of-way line of the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway as now operated; thence in a Southeasterly direction along said right-of-way to a point where the alleyway West of Lot Nine (9), Original Plat, Village of Spring Valley intersects the West line of said railroad right-of-way; thence South along the East line of the said alley to the Place of Beginning.
