By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on February 25, 2014, in the amount of $241,071.92, I will sell at public auction at the lobby of the Pierce County Courthouse, 414 West Main Street, Ellsworth, WI 54011, PO Box 9, Village of Ellsworth, County of Pierce, State of Wisconsin on September 9, 2014 at 9:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Eighteen (18) West, Town of River Falls, Pierce County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the North One-quarter (1/4) corner of said Section Four (4); thence South (true bearing) 3362.17 feet and East 192.15 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 2°37\'30” East (true bearing) 840 feet more or less to the North line of said Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4); thence Easterly 458 feet more or less along said North line to the Westerly right of way line of an existing town road; thence Southeasterly along said right of way line to a point which is South 85°45\' East 939.83 feet of the point of beginning; thence North 85°45\' West 939.83 feet to the point of beginning.
