PRESCOTT – The first Hillfest bike fest sponsored by Lifestyle Fitness took place Saturday.

There were several rides which took place throughout morning of various distances of 35, 60 and family ride for 15 miles.

The racing portion took place during the hill climbs on the 100-mile course, which was the first one of the day.  The course went from Prescott through Diamond Bluff, Hager City, Bay City, Maiden Rock, Plum City and Ellsworth back to Prescott. There were three timed hill climbs on the 100-mile course.

Here are the age group winners from the 100-mile race:

Male

18-29: Brian Glaeser, Somerset – 15:18

30-39: Brian Hansen, St. Paul – 15:43

40-49: Michael Mardosz, Wayzata, Minn. – 14:39

50-59: Mike Stensrud, Chaska, Minn. – 14:46

60-plus: George Buchok, Minneapolis – 19:35

Female

18-29: Megan McColluch, Brooklyn Park, Minn. – 18:43

30-39: Cathy Yndestad, Rosemount, Minn. – 16:10

40-49: Patti Schmidt, Chanhassen, Minn. – 17:08

50-59: Rachel Breen, Minneapolis – 19:15
