The Hubbers' Jake Betthauser hit a two-run home run in the top of the first inning and Storm Gram added another two-run blast in the fourth inning. Lance Hove added two hits and drove in a run.  \

Hubs' pitcher Mitch Johnson  went four innings and then yielding to Britton Wolf who threw the final five innings to for the victory.

The win puts Ellsworth at 11-3 in the St. Croix Valley League and in second place in the Division. Prescott is 12-1.  If the Hubs win Saturday against Hager City and if Prescott loses at Bay City Saturday (which needs a win to have any hopes of making the playoffs), then both teams will play for the division title in Prescott Sunday at 1 p.m. at Firehall Field.
