PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on July 1, 2011 in the amount of $235,842.65 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: January 17, 2012 at 9:00 o'clock a.m.
