Kelly D. Johnson, 21
Kelly Dean Johnson, 21, of Arcadia, Wis., died Monday, Feb. 3, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Wabasha.
He was born on July 2, 1992, in Red Wing, to Bridget Johnson and Chris Earney. He attended school in Red Wing and Ellsworth, Wis. He worked many jobs, most recently, at Ashley Furniture. He enjoyed hunting, motocross, dirt biking, loud music, and animals, especially his dog, Solo.
Survivors include his mother, Bridget Johnson (Eric Hamlin); his father, Chris Earney; siblings, Erica Johnson, Shawn and Jordan Bostrom, Larissa Kinneman, Ally Earney, and Tammie Loida-Heffron; grandfather and adoptive father, Dave Heffron; grandparents, Carol (Dan) Grant, Dennis (Helen) Johnson, Collin "Fuzz" (Shirley) Earney; and great-grandparents, Gordon (Rita) Johnson, Cora Lee Harr, and Sophia Earney; niece, Ava; his girlfriend, Cejay Finstad, and her kids: Sissy, Damien, and Parker; and many aunts; uncles; and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Damian Bostrom; and one aunt, Theresa Johnson; grandmother, Betty Harr-Heffron and great-grandparents, Lorraine Johnson, and William (Margaret) Johnson.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Rev. John Hesford officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and at the church for one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
