S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) commonly occurs in the winter. Causes are less sunlight, people missing from holidays, divorces, single parent and children living with blended families.
Solutions: read up, exercise, have something you enjoy doing, sun lamps, support groups, church, doing things with your friends and singles groups. In other words, structure, call somebody, do something to help other people, that then can help yourself.
