Martin has pole for the Michigan 400, Kenseth fourth on starting grid
DEARBORN, Mich. - Mark Martin starts on the pole at tomorrow's Pure Michigan 400. He edged Carl Edwards for the best starting position.
Cambridge native Matt Kenseth comes into the Sprint Cup Series race in third place, but he's only one point behind second place Greg Biffle and two points behind leader Jimmie Johnson.
Kenseth starts fourth on the Dearborn track Sunday. Eau Claire driver Paul Menard starts 10th and Janesville's Travis Kvapil was 30th.
