Minnesota ahead of other states implementing new healthcare law
Minnesota is ahead of where most states are when it comes to offering health insurance choices for residents.
On Friday, the Obama Administration granted a month-long extension to states which have not decided on a program. Minnesota's planning started almost a year ago but more details still have to be worked out in next year's legislative session.
Neighboring Wisconsin announced today it will *not* set up a health insurance exchange.
