Minnesota man charged with police battery
A Minnesota man was charged in Pierce County Circuit Court earlier this month with police battery after he injured a River Falls officer and temporarily blinded him.
Ryan A. Kryzer, 34, Forest Lake, was also charged with resisting an officer. The police battery is a Class H felony that brings a maximum penalty of $10,000 and/or six years prison, if found guilty. The resisting charge is a misdemeanor.
