Minnesota Mother, Daughter In Wisconsin Court On Murder Charges
APPLETON - A Minnesota mother and her daughter are scheduled to enter pleas this afternoon in the 2007 murder of the mother's domestic partner near Appleton, Wisconsin.
54-year-old Dianna Siveny and 34-year-old Kandi Siveny, both from the Twin Cities area, are charged in Outagamie County with homicide and substantial battery in the murder of Lara Plamann. A third defendant, 38-year-old Rosie Campbell of the Twin Cities area, pleaded not guilty last Friday to homicide and criminal damage.
Prosecutors say Kandi Siveny shot Plamann for cheating on her mother. Earlier testimony indicated that Campbell was hired to shoot Plamann but backed out at the last second.
