San Antonio, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Tony Parker scored a team-high 29 points to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 117-110 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves from AT&T Center.

Manu Ginobili contributed 20 points off the bench and Kawhi Leonard netted a season-high 19 points for San Antonio, which snapped a two-game losing streak against Minnesota. Tim Duncan added a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds. Kevin Love had a game-high 42 points with 14 boards, while Nikola Pekovic also recorded a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Ricky Rubio and Kevin Martin scored 15 and 14 points, respectively, in the setback.

The University of Minnesota women's volleyball team was eliminated from the NCAA Division I Tournament Friday in a 3-0 regional semifinal loss to Stanford at Memorial Colesium in Lexington, Kentucky. The Cardinal won 28-26, 25-23, 25-22. Ashley Wittman had 17 kills to lead Minnesota. Teammate Alexandra Palmer made 13 assists and Daly Santana had 17 digs. The U closes their season with a 29-6 overall record. Meanwhile, another Minnesota collegiate volleyball team, Concordia-St. Paul, will be playing for their seventh straight NCAA Division II national championships this evening. The Golden Bears defeated Wheeling, WVa. Jesuit 3-0 ( 25-11, 25-16, 25-12) in the semifinals of the Eliete Eight Friday evening at the U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Concordia will play BYU-Hawaii for the national title.
