MINNESOTA SPORTS ROUNDUP: Report now says Cleveland willing to trade Wiggins for Kevin Love
CLEVELAND, OH -- The Cleveland Cavaliers are now reportedly willing to part ways with first overall pick Andrew Wiggins. The "News-Herald" reports the Cavs have decided they would be willing to give up Wiggins in a potential trade for Minnesota's Kevin Love. Cleveland selected Wiggins first overall in last month's NBA draft and has said previously it would not trade the Kansas product. The Timberwolves have reportedly insisted Wiggins be included in any deal for Love, who averaged 26.1 points and 12.5 rebounds in 77 games last season. He is entering the final year of his contract and has said he almost certainly won't sign an extension to stay in Minnesota.

Ex-Viking Chris Kluwe's attorney is saying little after a Thursday meeting with the Vikings about alleged anti-gay comments by special teams coach Mike Priefer. Kluwe is threatening to sue the Vikings unless they make public the results of an internal investigation. His attorney, Clayton Halunen, says at this point he can only say the two sides are working towards resolution, continue talking about terms of a settlement, and he expects to be able to say more after the close of business on Monday. Attorneys for the Vikings have only said they never told Kluwe's lawyer that they would *not* release investigation results. Halunen says witnesses corroborated a statement Vikings special teams coach Priefer allegedly made about "putting all the gays on an island and nuking it."_________________________
