MSU-Mankato confirms Hoffner no longer works there

MANKATO, Minn. -- Minnesota State University-Mankato is confirming that former head football coach Todd Hoffner is no longer employed by the university.

MSU spokesman Dan Benson says no news release or further details will be available, but did confirm that Hoffner is no longer an employee. A source tells KTOE that Hoffner? employment with MSU was terminated on Tuesday.

Hoffner was reassigned to a desk job earlier this year after an arrest and hearings last fall when videos of his children acting silly after a bath were found on his work cell phone and turned over to police. The judge dismissed all charges against Hoffner.
