Naoma (Rognstad) Nunnink

Naoma (Rognstad) Nunnink, Minnetonka, Minn., previously of Maiden Rock, Wis., passed on peacefully in her own home surrounded by her beloved children. She was in her 94th year.

After a short career as an Officer and Navy Nurse during World War II, Nomi devoted her life to her family.

Preceded in death by husband Clem; parents Bert and Lizzie Rognstad, Maiden Rock; and son-in-law A.D. Jones; Boise, Idaho.

She is survived by her sister Dee Butterfield; Niland, Calif., her children: Pete (Suzan), Delano, Minn., Steve (Randi), Brainerd, Minn., Tricia Smith (Dan), Omaha, Neb., Nancy Jones, Minnetonka, Minn., nine grandkids; and seven great-grandkids.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at United Methodist Church in Maiden Rock, Wis. Fellowship with family at 1 p.m. followed by the service. Burial to follow immediately at Maiden Rock Cemetery.
