Core ball class is a full body resistance training workout using a stability ball. Although core ball works on toning the entire body, the main focus is the abdomen and lower back.

Yoga class involves relaxation, flexibility, strength, stamina and all-over toning. There are many types of yoga and Albrecht offers two kinds: fitness yoga and relaxation yoga.

Fitness yoga offers a faster paced environment, focusing on strength, stamina and stress reduction. Relaxation yoga has a much slower pace and focuses more on flexibility.

For information about classes or the schedule, contact Albrecht at (715) 307-2784, Snap Fitness at (715) 273-3734 or Ellsworth Chiropractic at (715) 273-4115.
