Owner of book found in Ellsworth can solve mystery by coming forward
Linda Flanders has come across a book for which the owner is unknown.
Flanders, who operates Taproot in Bay City and is the project coordinator for the Pierce County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, said Friday the book was found at an Ellsworth residence.
"There's a story behind it," she said, wondering, "how did it end up here?"
