Winning the school's 32nd Middle Border Conference wrestling title Saturday was no easy feat but No. 3 ranked Ellsworth found a way to do so.

The Panthers edged their No. 1 challenger Amery by 12.5 points 249-237.5. Ellsworth had four champions led by D.J. Yarwood at 130 pounds, Levi Kuesel at 145, Parker Hines at 171 and Tyler Hunter at 215. EHS had at least 13 wrestlers finish fifth or better.

Prescott's Josh Farr was second at 103.
