PCHA to hold election at annual meet Sunday
BAY CITY--The Pierce County Historical Association (PCHA) will hold its annual meeting at 2 p.m. this Sunday at the River Bluffs History Center on Main Street in Bay City.
The election of officers and executive board members whose terms are up is one key business item on the agenda of the spring meeting.
Good attendance is of great importance this year--more so than usual, as much needs to be discussed: the Lawrence Studio/House project, fundraising, the 100 Mile Garage Sale, office inventory, along with moving to the new space later this spring. Also of importance is Pioneer Day, plus the summer display at the history center and the summer open houses.
It would be of great value to have officers and members from every chapter in attendance. Decisions about the future of the organization as to needs and goals must be discussed.
All persons interested in Pierce County history and the organization are welcome to attend.
