PIERCE COUNTY HIGHWAY COMMITTEE MEETING - Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., Conference Room - Pierce County Highway Department office building, 621 W. Cairns St.,
Ellsworth, WI 54011.
AGENDA: 1. Call to order; 2. Public comments pertaining to issues not on the agenda; 3. Discuss/take action on minutes of 12/19/13;
4. Discuss Vouchers and Payrolls; 5. Discuss/take
action on staff training/education; 6. Committee will
convene into closed session pursuant to § 19.85(1)(e) Wis. Stats. for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: County property issues related to the Village of Elmwood Waste-water Treatment Plant;
7. Committee will return to open session and take action on closed session item, if required; 8. Discuss CTY Y/ USH 63 intersection;
9. Discuss and take action on CTH V Reconstruction from USH 63 to CTH C North Request for Proposal Specifications; 10. Discuss maintenance truck replacement; 11. Discuss/take action on maintenance truck specifications; 12. Committee will convene into closed session pursuant to § 19.83(1)(c) Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Annual Review of Highway Commissioner; 13. Staff reports: 1) Chad Johnson STP bridge
program update; 14. Future agenda items; 15. Next meeting date; 16. Adjourn.
