Pierce County suffers flooding along Rush River, Trimbelle Creek

Heavy rain from Tuesday evening's storm has left parts of Pierce County under water, especially along the Rush River and Trimbelle Creek. Sections of Highway 10 and 63 were closed by Pierce County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday morning.


A flash flood warning was in effect for the county until noon.

Highway 10 near CTH. A was closed at 6 a.m. this morning and the Rush River swollen to cover 100 feet of roadway near Wieser's Concrete.
