Platteville spoils Falcon Homecoming

It didn’t take long for the UW-Platteville football team to put a damper on UW-River Falls Homecoming last Saturday.

Platteville took the opening kickoff and marched 70 yards in eight plays to take a 7-0 lead. After picking off a Ryan Kusilek pass on the Falcon 28-yard line on the ensuing possession, the Pioneers took just five plays to take a 14-0 lead and the rout was on.
