PLUM CITY--Plum City Elementary School students visited the Plum City Fire Department on Oct. 7.

The firefighters showed them the firefighting equipment used to fight fires, the fire engines and different trucks used in fighting fires, and gave a tour through the "burning house." They were also shown the rescue ambulance by EMT Diane Gilles.

The firefighters presented the children with fire hats, stickers, a pencil and coloring book educating them on fire safety. The children are very thankful for the Plum City Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance Service!
