Prescott police seize major indoor marijuana operation

What originally was a police call for a parking complaint turned into something more for the Prescott Police Department Tuesday afternoon. 

An officer went to the residence of 138 Orange Street for a parking complaint on a Nicole Margaret Hoffer, 42. It was discovered Hoffer also had an outstanding warrant from St. Croix County and was taken into custody. While making the arrest, the officer noticed marijuana in the residence.
