Red Wing McDonald's manager charged with sexual assault
RED WING - A restaurant manager in Red Wing has been accused of sexually assaulting two teenage employees. 43-year-old McDonalds manager Kimberly Voelker of Hastings is accused of making unwanted sexual advances to two teenage boys between late spring of 2012 through September.
The criminal complaint lists at least six incidents of inappropriate touching as well as other improper comments and actions. Both teenagers filed written complaints months after they say the behavior started, and Voelker was suspended the same day.
In a police interview Voelker told investigators that she "probably went too far", and restaurant surveillance tapes appear to back up the boy's allegations. Voelker will be in court February 22.
