Sauter finishes seventh in Lucas Oil 200

DOVER, Del. - After a restart on lap 197 of the Lucas Oil 200, Kyle Busch managed to pull away from runner-up Matt Crafton and take his second win in a row.

Crafton finished second and retained his Camping World Truck Series lead in the points standings, 30 points ahead of Jeb Burton.

Necedah's Johnny Sauter finished seventh, moving up two slots in the season points standings to fourth.

Two Wisconsin drivers hope to keep their Top-10 spots in NASCAR's Sprint Cup standings this weekend. Matt Kenseth of Cambridge is third, and Paul Menard of Eau Claire is eighth going into Sunday's Fed-Ex-400 in Dover Delaware. Travis Kvapil of Janesville and Beloit-born Danica Patrick are also entered. Kenseth is also entered for today's Nationwide Series race, the 5-Hour Energy-200.
