Schaffhausen doesn't change his plea -- yet
HUDSON - A four-hour plus motion hearing Wednesday, March 27, for accused murderer Aaron Schaffhausen ended without him changing his plea. Schaffhausen's lawyer, John Kucinski, had indicated in a letter earlier this week that his client might enter a plea of guilty by reason of insanity. His current plea from January is not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
