The Ellsworth High School prep boys' tennis and golf teams along with the Prescott boys' golf team had their spring seasons come to an end earlier this week.

The Ellsworth High School tennis team did not score a point in Monday's WIAA Division 2 Durand Subsectional meet.

EHS' Adam Lee won his No. 3 singles match over Durand-Mondovi's Jack Shaw 6-1, 6-3 but he was beaten by Eau Claire Regis' William Schiefing in the semifinals.

Panther senior Dylan Greske, who made the state meet last year, took Amery's Nick Stewart to three sets but was eliminated at No. 1 singles.

Both the Prescott and Ellsworth golf teams had their lowest 18-hole scores of the season but they weren't low enough to qualify for the sectional meet.

Ellsworth shot a 373 and Prescott a 389 at the WIAA Division 2 Durand Regional Tuesday but that was good only for a seventh and a eighth place finish respectively. Neither team had an individual qualifier.
