The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall lower level boardroom, (east rear entrance) 130 N. Chestnut St. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss a petition from Mark Reisdorf, for a change in zoning from Commercial District (C) to Commercial District II (C-2) to allow for a warehouse business and for a Special Use Permit to allow for residential use on the second floor on the following property:
Lots 14 & 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20 C.S. Dunbar Addition, Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Blk B L.M. Woodworth Addition, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, WI, located at 254 S. Chestnut St.
The above request is pursuant to Section 46.03 (7) (e) Commercial District (C) , Section 46.03 (7) (e-1) Commercial District II (C-2) , Section 46.03(7)(a) Residential District (R-1), Section 46.045 Special Use Permits and Section 46.12 Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth Zoning Ordinance.
